Registry Hours

In accordance with the direction of the Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Appeal, the Chief Justice of the Federal Court and the Chief Justice of the Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada, pursuant to section 15 of the Federal Court Rules, 1998, and in accordance with the direction of the Associate Chief Justice of the Tax Court of Canada, pursuant to section 14 of the Tax Court of Canada Rules (General Procedure), effective January 1, 2005 the offices of the Courts shall be open for the transaction of business each day, except holidays and Saturdays, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. throughout the year.
