DIRECTIVE TO COURT MARTIAL APPEAL COURT JUDGES AND PRACTITIONERS Wearing of Medals in Court This is to confirm that it is acceptable for counsel appearing in the Court Martial Appeal Court to wear a miniature version of orders, medals, decorations and specialty badges. Consistently with the role of the Court as a civilian tribunal, however, it is not appropriate for judges to wear such miniatures while sitting in the CMAC.
