Associate and Partner, Herridge, Tolmie. Gray, Coyne and Blair (which merged with Osler Hoskin and Harcourt, 1985), 1967-99. Appointed Judge of the Federal Court of Canada, Trial Division and ex officio member of the Court of Appeal, January 21, 1999. Appointed Judge of the Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada, March 18, 1999.
